Today i have change the power supply of the CPU and install the ubuntu. and format the pendrive at the cmd following these commands:

sudo df -h
sudo umount /dev/sdc1
sudo mkfs.vfat /dev/sdc1
sudo mkfs.ntfs /dev/sdc1
